Konrad Raczkowski

Dr. Raczkowski is an expert at the Department of Finance and the Chancellery of the Sejm in Poland in the field of public management, praxiology and economic security. During his stay at ISDP Dr. Raczkowski conducted research on transnational organized crime in the Baltic Sea Region, security management, financial crisis and money laundering.
