Yan-ho Lai
Yan-ho Lai 黎恩灝 is Hong Kong Law Fellow at the Center for Asian Law at Georgetown University Law Center and a PhD candidate in Law at SOAS University of London. His research focuses on legal resistance, legal transplant, and legal professionalism in authoritarian regimes and the relationship between the rule of law and social movements in Hong Kong. He is the author of Unravelling Authoritarian Rule of Law in Hong Kong: From Post-Umbrella Resistance to the Anti-Extradition Bill Protests (2021).
