Cemre Pekcan

Dr. Cemre Pekcan is an Associate Professor of International Relations at Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Turkey. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and the European Union from the Izmir University of Economics in 2006, a Master’s Degree in Chinese studies from Leeds University in 2008, and a PhD in International Relations from Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University in 2016. In 2014, she spent time as a guest researcher at Fudan University in Shanghai, China. She has published on topics related to Chinese foreign policy, Asia-Pacific international relations, and China-US relations.
