Niklas Swanström in Svenska Dagbladet on North Korea’s latest missile tests

November 21, 2022: Niklas Swanström, ISDP’s Executive Director, was interviewed by Svenska Dagbladet on North Korea’s latest missile tests and the uncertainty that these tests cause.

“This is worrying given the global uncertainty, with an ongoing war in Ukraine and a growing conflict in Taiwan. North Korea’s actions are like pouring napalm on an open fire,” says Niklas Swanström.

“It is likely that we will see a nuclear test in the relatively near future. I don’t think there will be a nuclear war, but it causes uncertainty.”
