Leo Ruet

Leo Ruet is an intern at the Asia program at ISDP. From France, he grew up in Cambodia and is completing a bachelor’s degree in international relations and Diplomacy from the American University of Phnom Penh. Mr. Ruet’s life experience and studies in Cambodia have created an understanding of Southeast Asian relations. His main interests center around international relations in Southeast Asia and Cambodian politics.
