Twice each year the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute brings 10-12 rising leaders from Central Asia, Mongolia, the Caucasus, and Afghanistan (the “CAMCA” countries) to Washington as Rumsfeld Fellows. This spring’s Rumsfeld Fellows will present their individual perspectives on developments in each country and in the region as a whole. As leaders in business, government, media, and NGOs, their views on the economic prospects and geopolitics of this vital region warrant Washington’s close attention.

Moderator: S. Frederick Starr, Chairman, Central Asia-Caucasus Institute.
