SEMINAR: The Swedish Experience of Trafficking in Human Beings for Labor Exploitation

The Institute for Security and Development Policy and SIDA´s Baltic Sea Unit organizes a seminar about the trafficking of human beings for labor exploitation to Sweden from the countries around the Baltic Sea region. The aim of the seminar is to raise awareness of labor exploitation in Sweden and discuss how Swedish authorities can deal with the problem on a domestic as well as on a regional level. Representatives from Swedish governmental agencies as well diplomatic staff from the countries around the Baltic Sea have been invited to participate in the discussions.

This seminar is not open to a general audience but a conference report (in Swedish) will be published and made available through the ISDP website.
