Anna Wieslander talks about a nervous waiting and preparations in European capitals in the form of scenario exercises, depending on whether Harris or Trump would win.

But as yet, there are no major or rapid changes underway in Europe that would allow it to cope – on its own, without the United States – with a much worse situation.
