ISDP welcomes Peter Adolfsson as a Junior Research Fellow

May 12, 2022: ISDP is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Peter Adolfsson as a Junior Research Fellow. He holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Japanese and Linguistics from the University of Edinburgh and a Masters degree in Japanese studies from the University of Cambridge. Mr. Adolfsson has both studied and worked in Japan, studying at Waseda University, and later working in the NGO sector with issues related to educational access. He is especially interested issues relating to gender and politics, Japanese diplomacy and the evolving power dynamics of the East Asia region and its global position.

“I am extremely happy to join ISDP, an exciting institute that provides invaluable insight and analysis for policymakers and the public in world of rapid geopolitical change and development. I look forward to contributing to ISDP’s Korea Center and the Stockholm Japan Center, where I will be working on both gender and security related projects” said Peter Adolfsson.
