Jagannath Panda participated in a panel on “A Year of Elections: From the Strategic Communications Perspective”, organized by SCERU, University of Tokyo
July 2, 2024: Jagannath Panda, Head of the Stockholm Center for South Asian and Indo-Pacific Affairs, participated in a panel titled “A Year of Elections: From the Strategic Communications Perspective” organized by the Strategic Communications Education and Research Unit (SCERU), Graduate School of Public Policy (GraSPP) at the University of Tokyo on 28 June 2024.
The other panel members were Mr. Noriyuki Shikata, Cabinet Secretary for Public Affairs, Prime Ministers Office of Japan, Mr. Quentin Genaille, Policy Officer in the Threat Actors and Responses Team of the Information Integrity and Countering FIMI Division at the European External Action Service (EEAS), and Mr. Vahd Nabyl A. Mulachela, Head of the Center for Policy Strategy for the Asia Pacific and Africa Region, Foreign Policy Strategy Agency, Indonesia. The event was chaired by Dr. Chiyuki Aoi, Professor and Director, SCERU.
