Jagannath Panda participated in the 24th Foreign Policy conference organized by the Heinrich Böll Foundation
February 5, 2024: Jagannath Panda, Head of the Stockholm Center for South Asian and Indo-Pacific Affairs, participated in the 24th Foreign Policy conference titled “Defending Europe in Uncertain Times” organized by the Heinrich Böll Foundation in Berlin from 1-2 February 2024. The conference covered discussions on the war in Ukraine to trans-Atlantic security dynamics to Indo-Pacific power politics. Speakers from both Europe and outside participated in the event.
