“It shows how far North Korea has come in its nuclear weapons program,” says Niklas Swanström.
“They want to send the signal that they are a full-fledged nuclear power. Even if we don’t recognize North Korea as a nuclear power, I think we have to start treating it as one,” he says on how the world should deal with North Korea’s rearmament.”
