Niklas Swanström in the Swedish media about North Korea no longer wanting to reunite with South Korea
January 30, 2024: Niklas Swanström, ISDP’s Executive Director, was interviewed by the Swedish news agency TT on North Korea no longer wanting to reunite with South Korea.
“Most likely, Kim Jong-Un is taking the step of abandoning the reunification plans – championed by his father and grandfather – because he has realized that the states are so different and that their economic and political systems are not compatible,” explains Niklas Swanström.
