April 28, 2023: Zsuzsa Anna Ferenczy, an Associated Research Fellow at ISDP, was quoted by Nikkei Asia:
Beijing’s bold erasure of civil and political rights in Hong Kong spurred IPAC’s founders to take a stand. “The existence of IPAC sends a message to Beijing,” said Zsuzsa Anna Ferenczy.
“That there is not just awareness of the threat that we might face but there’s also willingness to do something about it,” said Ferenczy.
