Alexander Radzyner
Alexander Radzyner is an analyst associated with the Asia Programme of the Abba Eban Institute for Diplomacy and Foreign Relations at Reichman University in Herzliya. Born in Salzburg, Austria, he holds postgraduate degrees in Diplomacy and Conflict Studies from Reichman University and Analysis Design and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics where he also worked as a visiting lecturer. He is a former Head of Information Systems of the Bank for International Settlements and headed the Secretariats of the Group of Computer Experts of the G10 central banks and its Working Group on Security Issues.
