Cheng-Yi Lin
Cheng-Yi Lin is a Research Fellow at the Institute of European and American Studies, Academia Sinica, Taiwan. His research focuses on international relations, Sino-American relations, and national security policy. He was appointed as the Senior Advisor to the R.O.C. National Security Council (2003-2004), the Vice Minister of the R.O.C. Mainland Affairs Council (2016-2018), and was the CEO of the Institute for National Defense and Security
Research from 2018 to 2020. He holds a Ph.D. in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia and has been dedicated to research and education for decades.
