Dr. Duygu Çağla Bayram is an Ankara-based India specialist. She has a Ph.D. in Int’l Relations, and is the author of “New Course in Turbulent Waters: The Indo-Pacific Narrative and India”. She has published several academic journal articles and book chapters, and an academic book, on India’s policies and the Indo-Pacific region. She occasionally analyses breaking developments in India for national and international popular outlets and contributes with commentaries to various radio, TV, and YouTube channels.
