Fu Zhengnan

Liutenant Colonel Fu Zhengnan was a Visiting Fellow at ISDP April-June 2018. Lt. Col. Fu is a researcher at the Academy of Military Sciences, China, and his work at ISDP focused on Chinese engagement with North Korea.
