Guo Qiucheng
Senior Colonel Guo Qiucheng is a career army officer in the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. He specialized in military science, obtaining a graduate level degree from the Academy of Armored Forces Command (AAFC) and a Doctorate from the National Defense University (NDU) of the PLA. His work has focused on Chinese National security and general military strategy. He now works as an instructor and researcher at the Academy of Military Science’s Institute for Military Laws and regulation, and was a guest researcher at ISDP in Spring and Summer 2018.
