Jiang Bo

Major Jiang Bo is an associate research fellow at the Department of World Military Studies, Academy of Military Sciences, People’s Liberation Army (PLA) in China. He mainly concentrates on international security issues, including arms control and disarmament, and human security. Currently, he is interested in topics concerning Rules of Engagement for armed forces and civilian protection in non-international armed conflicts.
