Shreya Upadhyay

Shreya Upadhyay is Deputy Director, Kalinga Institute of Indo-Pacific Studies, Bhubaneswar, India. Her research interests include disaster public policy in the Indo-Pacific, climate change, role of the U.S. in Indo-Pacific, India-U.S. relations, and security aspects in the region. Dr Upadhyay was a Fulbright-Nehru scholar at American University, Washington D.C, and has taught at several universities and been associated with several think tanks.
