Tzu-Yi Yang

Tzu-Yi Yang was a Guest Researcher at the Institute for Security & Development Policy’s (ISDP) Asia Program.

He serves as the Section Chief of the Department of NGO International Affairs within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan and worked at Taiwan’s overseas missions in Sydney, Australia and Saint Lucia.

He holds a B.A. in International Relations from National Chengchi University (NCCU).
