Xuan Dong is an intern at ISDP’s Stockholm China Center. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and later obtained a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Linnéuniversitetet. Driven by her interest in minority rights, she focused her thesis on the political predicament of indigenous peoples in Taiwan. Her research interests span a variety of topics, including political ideologies, democratization, international relations, and cross-strait relations between Taiwan and China. Additionally, she is particularly interested in the broader implications of partisan conflicts on national interests, especially when these conflicts are influenced by external factors, including foreign forces.
