Recent Development Trends of Terrorism in Pakistan
巴基斯坦恐怖主义活动自2009年以来虽逐年递减,但2013年又有所回升,且破坏性日益增大;恐怖活动范围逐步扩散;恐怖袭击伤亡主体平民化,袭击活动频繁;袭击手段多样化、科技化,其根源由巴内外因素综合作用所致。从内部因素看,巴安全部队近年加大军事打击力度,虽对恐怖分子起到了一定的削弱和威慑作用,但由于过多强调军事手段,导致恐怖活动分散化。从外部因素看,美国的无人机打击行动对清除恐怖分子头目效果虽明显,却成了恐怖分子制造恐怖活动的重大诱因之一。未来巴安全局势不容乐观,恐怖主义将继续成为困扰巴安全的首要难题。
